Country View Manor is a family-owned and operated skilled nursing facility
located in a country-like, yet convenient setting on Center Street in Provo,
Utah.
Country View is a small, 48-bed facility, providing your loved one with an
environment of individualized and personal attention. The family-like feel of
Country View is unmatched in the Utah County area.
We now provide medicare and private single occupancy rooms. We also have 70% of our staff that has been
employed for 5 years or longer.
History
Country View Manor was purchased in 1995 by John Bramall. The facility was previously known as Phillips Nursing Home. Many upgrades have been made to the facility since 1995, and many more are planned for the near future. The Bramall family is from Grandview Hill in Provo, just a few miles from Country View Manor. The facility is family-owned and operated.
Being family-run, Country View has a uniquely high level of pride and expectation. The facility is proud of its non-corporate, family-like and individualized attention to the clients for whom it has stewardship.
