Art City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

Art City Nursing and Rehabilitation, formerly known as Todholm Care Center,
has been in business since before 1970. It was named the Todholm by the
Todhunter family, after an inn in Scotland. Gary and Margaret Boyack purchased
the home and remained the owner until 1998 when they sold it to John Bramall and
Traditions Health Care, who changed the name to Art City Nursing and
Rehabilitation Center. Traditions Health Care is in charge of management
services for eight Utah nursing homes. In June 2003 Todd Bramall purchased Art
City Nursing and Rehab. and remains the administrator to oversee all operations. Respite & Adult Day Care Physical, Speech & Occupational Therapy Secured Area for Alzheimer's Residents Physician Service & Transportation Social Services and Daily Activities for Residents
Art City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center (ACNR), is located in a quiet
Springville neighborhood. ACNR began as
a personal residence and was added onto as the needs of the community grew. We
are now able to care for up to 55 residents who need a short-term,
rehabilitation or long-term care services. We are located near local churches
and have services at the facility as well. We have an enclosed yard which allows
for outdoor activities in a safe and secure manner. Over the years we have been
able to maintain a "home-like" feel and maintain a personal relationship with
the residents and families to provide the individual and personalized care we
expect.
